Picked this one up in the shop last week, went over the park and took forever to light up an Inka Bombassa with matches, not realising CGars had already filled this lighter up for me!

H. Upmann Majestic Cigar - 1 Single

A very well constructed cigar. Draw was perfect, not to tight and not to loose. It was quite creamy wich is my favorite, it also had hints of wood and was nutty. I would have expected a better burn but its not every day you find a cuban long filler hand rolled cigar for this amazing price. Exelent value and i would recomend this as a first cigar.

This is the most fantastic smoke. So smooth and creamy all i had in my mouth was just cream and vanilla and chocolate. Was incredible. Do yourselves a favour and buy a few of these. Take some time and enjoy ..what a smoke! Also given to a friend as a wedding gift and he isnt a cigar smoker and absolutely loved it. We sat and enjoyed for a good hour

Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 1 (1993) - 1 single cigar

Unfortunately the two that I've sampled - while drawing well, burning perfectly and being enjoyable mild cigars - have shown to me that they've past their peak and have started deteriorating in flavour. The lighter Hoyo blend just didn't have the strength to it to lend itself to such long aging. They burned perfectly with a good draw and a very mild and uniform flavour throughout which was rather bland and, sadly, with a very faint metallic quality.

H. Upmann Coronas Major Tubed Cigar - 1 Single

I picked up one of these babies at Frankfurt train station on a recent trip to Germany and, having never tried an H. Upmann before, I was pleasantly surprised. The construction seemed almost flawless with a dark, smooth wrapper and an inticing, spicy aroma. It lit easily and held its ash well. The ash dropped off by itself when it was around 3.5cm long. The smoke itself had a lovely smell to it, rich and spicy. I found this to be a very tasty smoke with sweet, fruity earthy notes and a hint of clementine. It lasted me nearly an hour, not including ten minutes I left it and it went out. I’ve read others complaining that these don’t like staying alight but mine only went out when I left it. I really have no complaints with this cigar and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who likes light to medium strength smokes. On my return journey I picked up another three to put in my humidor. Maybe they’ll get even better!
