Jose L Piedra Petit Cetros Cigar - 1 Single

Overall a very good stick! Few guys have mentioned construction issues, I had no such problems. Flavour wise, very mild in my opinion. I got a sweet tasting smoke that didn’t linger on the tongue for long. I would certainly recommend this for someone looking to try a Cuban for the first time. Very easy going. Overall I’d give this a 6/10 as for me it just lacked a little flavour and I think there are better sticks for similar money.

Being only an occasional ciger smoker i have found these to be an excellent buy.I have tried the more expensive Havanas and found these to compare well---not too strong(no spinning head) with a really nice taste.I have smoked six recently and all burned well and evenly and did not have to relight once. All in all a good buy--A Havana cigar for liitle more than a pint of beer!!

Not a good cigar at all, in my opinion. I had immediate regrets upon examining this one. Dry wrapper, cheap plastic band. I had to cut off 2 inches from the head, reducing this to a 3 inch cigar, to get a decent draw because of major cracks in the wrapper. Probably because it was so dry it couldíve crumbled to ash in your hands. Construction was okay, well packed and burn was even, held its ash well. Flavours were unimpressive, I tasted curry, bizarrely enough, with a very acidic, tangy aftertaste. Not flavours one wants in a cigar. I bought this as a possible cheap everyday smoke but after sampling some Cubans and new worlds, I can safely say thereís much finer cigars available for a pound or two more than this. Bottom line: spend a bit more, get something youíll actually enjoy. You get what you pay for. Excellent service from CGars, though :)

First of all excellent packaging and very fast delivery, congrats c.gars. Now the cigar for me it was tight in the draw for the first half. Flavour was pleasant but nothing too complex and strength was a solid medium for me. Smoke time close to 45 minutes if you pace yourself. All and all an excellent daily smoke and given the price you cannot go wrong. Hadnt been for the tight draw this would get 5 stars but I suppose there is always next time.

Iím a cigar novice so take what I say with a pinch of salt... A lot of Cuban for a very reasonable price! I got close to an hour smoke from this one so, value wise, this is an awesome cigar. And the flavours of young tobacco and wood are definitely there. However I didnít begin to really enjoy this cigar until the final third. The draw was quite poor until half way down. The Cuban flavours are there but it doesnít really develop until half way down, at which point it turns spicy. I would buy a smaller vitola next time but I think Iím more inclined to sample some new world cigars first. Iíd recommend forking out a little more for a Montecristo or RyJ if youíre after a more rounded, complex Cuban flavour. Pleasant smoke overall, though.

A nostalgic smoke for me. Even so I find I can always come back to this when looking for a smoke that fits a budget. Comes pre punched so no cutting necessary (unless you prefer yours cut). Another mild smoke that must of lasted me around 40-50 minutes. Even burn and solid construction. No complaints!
