What is C.Gars Plus?

While shopping at C.Gars, if you are signed up to C.Gars Plus, you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for items (except cigarettes) on this web site!

The C.Gars Plus reward scheme began November 12th, 2024. All purchases made after that date will earn points as long as you are signed up.

How does the reward scheme work?

When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your C.Gars Plus account and you then have one year to spend these on a purchase before they expire.

During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance as long as you do not have any restricted items such as cigarettes in your shopping cart.

Points and Values

Bronze & Silver Members: For every £1.00 spent at C.Gars you'll earn 1 point. For example:

• Product Cost: £100.00
• Value of Points Earned: £1.00

Gold Members: For every £1.00 spent at C.Gars you'll earn 2 points. For example:

• Product Cost: £100.00
• Value of Points Earned: £2.00

Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice.

Point Promotions

We occasionally run limited time offers that reward multiple points for each £1 purchased. There are currently no offers running.

Redeeming C.Gars Plus Points

If you have a balance in your C.Gars Plus Account, you can use those points to pay for items except cigarette purchases made at www.cgars.com

During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or press the "Apply maximum points to this order" button to use all available points.

Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your C.Gars Plus Account to cover the cost of your purchase. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your C.Gars Plus account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.

C.Gars Plus Points expire one year from the date they are earned and must be redeemed before their expiration date.

Maximum Points Redemptions allowed per order

A maximum of 50,000 points (£500.00) is allowed to redeem per order.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

Will I earn points for discounted products?

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, all items which have been discounted are included.

Will I earn points on purchases paid with points?

Yes. Please note, any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.

Do C.Gars Plus Points expire?

C.Gars Plus Points expire one year from the date they are earned and must be redeemed before their expiration date.

Product Restrictions - Earning points

Points can be earned on all products except cigarettes.

Conditions of Use

• C.Gars Plus Points are only available to registered C.Gars Plus members.
• C.Gars Plus Points Reward can only be collected and used on online purchases and are only validated at www.cgars.com
• Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your C.Gars Plus account to cover the cost of your purchase.
• When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
