Perfect construction, perfect burn, beautiful oily dark wrapper.
The flavors of earth and spice kept building to the very last bit.It never got harsh or bitter, just better and better. One of,if not,my favorite cigars out there.

St Luis Rey Petit Coronas, well where do you start with this little bad boy !
With a ring gauge of 42 and 5" in length, St Luis Rey are in my opinion perfect to enjoy after a nice meal and with the undisputed spirit of cuba, Moritos.
Being relativly new to the Cigar game i was looking for something that offers medium strength as well as the elusive cubam flavors, which were sadly lacking in my other choices.
I was not dissapointed, after the initial lighting, the first third of this cigar left a rather pleasant aroma of vanilla/coffee in the room, i am pleased to say that with each draw the flavors became more interesting changing and maturing througout the 45 min of the life of this cuban star !
culminating in a rich earthy spice manifesting towards the back straight. Wonderful !
In conclusion i would thoroughly recommend this cigar to newbies as well as you seasoned Cigar heads, as it offers both strength and flavour as well as superb quality draw and colour. Certainly

Beautiful little cigar, a real treasure of a smoke. Just didnt want to put it dow -parting is such sweet sorrow and that... Subtle notes, no bitterness even right at the end, never burning too hot. well worth the smoke. One of my favourites I recon. Definitely underated.

A great cigar & a totally underestimated Havana in my book.
Smooth yet strong flavour and burns evenly through to the end. A great cigar and a new favourite!

If there was ever a perfect Saturday or Sunday morning cigar, this is it! Best enjoyed with a cup of good coffee (Cubita preferred ;-) or, Jamaican Blue Moutain.
These beauties from 1998 are stars!

This was certainly the nicest PC Ive smoked in my short time smoking Havanas. It burned beautifully and the flavours just got better and better.I smoked this one until my fingers burned and was sorry to see it go.In my opinion it knocks the Monte #4 off the stage.

Still surprises me how a medium strength line usually has a power bomb in the small end of the selection. Great hearty flavor with more than a hint of spice, this one gets pretty strong midway. Not as balanced as the A, but a fine shortie.

98. A surprisingly strong and harsh smoke. Really hits at the back of the throat. Lovely long smooth tasty finish, though.

A very nice cigar in the Petit Corona range, but overshadowed by some of the other PCs. The 98s are a very nice short smoke.
