Tubed Starter Sampler - 5 Cigars
Date Added: Tuesday 22 May, 2018
After reading back my previous review, written in frustration, I have to say that these cigars generally represent great value from Cgars, hence my purchase.my review was in no way a reflection of the service offered by Cgars who iam sure would have been happy to help had I contacted their sales team. I look forward to my next order and sampling some of the other fine sticks on offer.

Tubed Starter Sampler - 5 Cigars
Date Added: Monday 21 May, 2018
In all 2 out the 5 cigars I received were impressive, these being the Montecristo and the Punch. Both gave excellent flavour, even burn and steady draw, no blemishes evident on either stick. I would buy these again. I have to assume I received poor examples of the remaining 3 cigars. The RyJ had dried out and the wrapper came away less than half way down the stick. It also showed patches of white which I couldnt imagine being plume with it being so dry. The H.Upmann was packed so tightly it was almost impossible to draw from and I gave up at 2/3 and the bolivar seemed poorly constructed. Green blemishes and a kink in the stick which caused a very uneven burn. Over all this seemed like a good option but I cant admit to this being good value in my case. I feel somewhat short changed and expected more for my money in truth.

Inka Secret Blend - Blue Petit Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 21 May, 2018
I would say this is a light to medium cigar. Nice sweet taste on the light and nice mild retro-hale to about half of the cigar where it began to get peppery. Draw was rather tight (too tight for me) and the last quarter of the cigar was very bitter and the wrapper started to come away from the binder, that along with the bitterness ended the cigar for me. Good cigar for someone new as it is nice and mild. I enjoyed it with a glass of ipa but wont be buying again. I would try others in the range if i knew the draw was a bit better.

Brick House Mighty Mighty Maduro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 20 May, 2018
I normally smoke cubans but decided to try this, it was a truly magnificent smoke, it feels very powerful and strong between your fingers and burns evenly throughout. This cigar is a good length and has a very dark and mysterious look to it , the draw was even and delightful and surround by the wonderful wrappers. It lasted a whole thirty overs while my son was playing cricket...I wished he did !! I would definitely recommend this cigar as an alternative if there is one to an expensive cuban. I hope the above does not make Mitchell increase the price...Great Cigar.

Montecristo No. 4 Cigar - 1 Single

In the past Ive had some great MC4s. The past few Ive bought from this site have had a very tight draw. If youre reading this in a few months ignore me but I think the batch currently on sale isnt right.
