This is a whisky you definitely need to lay back and enjoy unhurried.Dark and complex, raisins and thick chocolate notes, the influence of the sherry cask is very predominant. Slight peppery notes on the finish, dry oak sweetness and creamy vanilla. For a 21 year old it deserves the £100+ price tag.
I got a couple of these from another shop cost me extra £3 each but were not or-cut. Not much of a flavour but did burn evenly and lasted around 50 min. Not bad for beginners like myself. However there are better ones here for slightly less which are a great smoke.
I wish i could of ordered more than one bottle it was that nice and surprisingly smooth, i would say it has a sherry flavoured feel to it. I cant recommend this enough
