Stalla Dhu Single Cask Royal Brackla 15 Year Old 2006 - 48% 70cl - From a distillery quite literally Fit for a King, Royal Brackla was the first Scotch whisky ever granted a Royal Warrant, by King William IV in 1833, that’s right! The King’s own Whisky, still reigning true to this very day. With this release being an Independent Single Cask bottling, only a limited amount of 310 bottles were made.
Laphroaig 16 Year Old - 48% 70cl - Distilled on the island of Islay, Laphroig 16-year-old brings a smoked complexity full of peated flavours. The distillery first made whisky in 1815 and have had 200 years to tune the craftmanship, which shows in this particular release. The final year of this gold liquid is spent resting in American oak. Our staff members recommend having this dram with a splash of water to open up all the flavours.

Smooth Ambler Old Scout 99 Proof - 49.5% 70cl - Named Old Scout because the whisky is “scouted out” rather than distilled. Made with a high rye content in the mash bill, around 36%. Aged in virgin oak barrels, giving it a taste like rich caramel, vanilla, and spice.
Connemara Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey - 40% 70cl - The Connemara is Ireland’s highest award winning Whiskey as it holds 20 gold awards and also has been named “Worlds Best Irish Single Malt”, which is no small feat considering the wide array of Whiskeys that come from the island. The Connemara has another uniqueness to its name as it is known as the only widely available Irish Whiskey containing peat.
