Flor de Cana 18 year old Rum - 40% 70cl - Flor de Caña 18 is a very well-aged expression from Nicaragua. This was awarded Double Gold medals at the 2006 and 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. A sugar-free 18-year old, ultra-premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified.







Mount Gay Pot Still Rum - 48 70cl - One of master blender Trudiann Branker’s first projects at Mount Gay was this release of only 4,920 bottles. This expression was well received among rum enthusiasts almost immediately and earned some notable awards soon after release. Initial aromas of dried fruit, chocolate and musty oak dominate before herbal and floral notes, palm blossoms and damp earth. On the palate, a very dry entry heats up fast, led by charred oak, vanillin and burnt sugar before a long-lasting bitter cacao note in the finish. This rum is reminiscent of the rustic and hearty rums from the old Caroni distillery in Trinidad.




Ron Abuelo Two Oak Rum - 40% 70cl  - This 12 year old release from Ron Abuelo has been matured initially in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in heavily charred virgin American oak casks. Under Panama’s tropical climate, sublime distillates from estate-grown sugar cane are aged to perfection in selected small oak barrels. The smoothness and complexity of this superb product will fulfil the most sophisticated and demanding palate.





Key West Bad Bitch Spanish Marie Rum - 40% 75cl - This excellent Key West rum was aged in ex red wine barrels that were salt cured. Spanish Marie was a Rum Runner who smuggled high proof rum from Cuba to Key West. It is said she would cut her glass of rum with some red wine (no water on the boat to cut the strong rum!) Spanish Marie was a pirate in the Caribbean Sea who in folklore dumped her weighted down ‘flings’ into the gulf stream leading to her being known as the ‘BAD BITCH’.






Aged Key West Raw & Unfiltered Rum - 40% 75cl - Aged in brand new American Oak Barrels with a number 3 char inside the barrel which are taken down the street to the ocean and filled with fresh sea water. After the barrel swells overnight, the ocean water gets drained out and barrel is left to cure. This removes all the fresh water and leaves a salt residual that opens the pores of the wood letting it age better and release the good flavours from the wood into the rum. A true delicacy!






Black Tot 50th Anniversary Rum - 54.5% 70cl - A blend of Caribbean rums to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Black Tot Day, 31st July 1970, the date the Royal Navy stopped issuing daily tots, a tradition previously in place for over 250 years. Featuring some of the best current and past rum producers in the Caribbean, this blend is composed of rums from Demerara Distillers in Guyana, Foursquare in Barbados, Trinidad Distillers and Hampden pot still rum from Jamaica.






Ron Mulata 15 Year Old Gran Reserva Anejo Rum - 70cl 38%  - Ron Mulata is one of the most popular and top selling rums in its home country of Cuba, produced at Heriberto Duquesne distillery, which is over 50 years old. Its master distillers solely use Cuban sugar cane syrup to produce the rum, and only use white American oak barrels to age it, giving its unique flavour profile.






Ron Izalco 10 Year Old Rum - 43% 70cl - Ron Izalco 10 Year Old rum marries Central American rums produced from volcanic sugar cane molasses. The spirit is then aged in charred American oak casks for a whole decade, resulting in a complex and thoroughly delightful rum. Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old Centenario Solera Rum - 70cl 40% - Ron Zacapa 23 Solera Rum was created in 1976 in the highlands of Guatemala, where it is distilled from fresh cane juice before aging at 7544 feet at 62 °F (17 °C). The 500 year-old Spanish Solera system method is used to age Ron Zacapa 23 in white oak casks. This results in a combination of rums aged between 6 and 23 years. The nose is full of apricots, citrus fruits, vanilla, cocoa and bourbon aromas. Rich and full-bodied with spicy chocolate flavours and a pleasing tannic bite. It presents a very long finish, clean and rich with a lovely liqueur-like density.
