Whisky Works King of Trees 10 Year Old Malt Scotch Whisky –70cl 46.5% - This blend of Highland malts was initially matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and refill American white-oak casks, before a portion of the blend was finished in specially crafted Scottish oak casks. This resulted in a bold streak of orchard fruits throughout the palate, alongside a classic Highland character, with soft spices and ripe fruits.

 

 

 

 

 

Jura 21 Year Old Tide - 70cl 46.7% - This sweet and smoky whisky was released as part of Jura's Aged Vintage series. It was matured for 21 years in ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished in virgin American white oak casks, creating a sweet and spicy character with creamy caramel, ginger biscuit, and ripe berry aromas. The palate offers notes of sweet gingerbread, white chocolate, vanilla and custard, with a spicy fresh ginger edge.
