Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry 2021 - 43% 70cl - Laying undisturbed in the same casks for a quarter of a century, this distinguished single malt is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. During this time the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious single malt whisky characterised by its rich flavours of vanilla, dried fruits and ginger spice with a long finish and rich mahogany colour.

Longrow 21 Year Old 2020 Edition - 46% 70cl - This 21-year-old Longrow is a nod to history and an exercise in patience. This bottle is a double distilled, heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky produced at Springbank Distillery. Aged for 21 years in 95% sherry casks, 5% bourbon casks, this malts peaty smoky notes develop richer characteristics.

Arran The Explorers Series Vol.4 Drumadoon Point Whisky - 49.5% 70cl - Drumadoon point is regarded as home to one of the finest golf clubs, the Shiskine golf club. This is the fourth and final installment of the Arran Explorers' series. matured for the past 23 years in an ex-sherry puncheon, sourced directly from Jerez. Daftmill 2010 Summer Batch Release - 46% 70cl - The 2021 Summer Batch Release single malt from Daftmill was distilled in 2010 and matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Sweet malty aromas are complemented by notes of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, bitter almonds and crunchy apples throughout the palate.

Daftmill 2008 Winter 2020 Release - 46% 70cl - Distilled between February and April of 2008, Daftmill single malt winter release was matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, before being bottled in 2020. Only 6000 bottles of this single malt are available worldwide.

Foursquare Indelible Exceptional Cask Selection Mark XVIII - 48% 70cl - A blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 11 years of age. One aged 11 years, entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and a second, double-maturation, aged 5 years in Ex-Zinfandel then 6 additional years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels.

Weller 12 Year Old Bourbon Old - 75cl 45% - Distilled in the Buffalo Trace distillery, as part of the heated bourbon family. Aged for 12 years this bourbon has been matured a lot longer than the typically wheated bourbon. Being matured for this long gives it a smooth easy palate, as well as a beautiful deep bronze colour.

Springbank 21 Year Old 2021 - 46% 70cl - Created using a combination of whisky matured in bourbon, port and sherry casks. Always a popular release, only a limited amount of 3,600 bottles have been filled for the 2021 bottling.

Arran 25 Year Old Single Cask 95/251 Whisky - 52.4% 70cl - Drawn from one of the first few hundred casks laid down in Arran's first year, 1995, this whisky marks a piece of history from this popular Island distillery. Aged for 25 years in a re-coopered ex-bourbon cask, it was bottled from at 52.4% ABV.
