Introducing the 2020 release of Longrow 21 year old from the classic Springbank distillery, a heavily peated double distilled Whisky.
Aged for 21 years in 95% bourbon casks, 5% sherry casks, this malts peaty smoky notes develop richer characteristics.
Only a limited amount of 3600 bottles have been released of this bottling worldwide.

Nose: A sweet yet meaty dram with aromas of glazed cherries and cured meats. Stewed dark plum notes and chewy black wine gums. Maple syrup and crispy bacon with a medicinal influence from the robust peat smoke. A vibrant nose with a touch of zesty orange peel.
Palate: Sweet, smoky and waxy with a twist of citrus. Caramel shortbread with marzipan, lemon zest and a dusting of icing sugar. Wax crayons and rich dried fruits with a touch of clove spice.
Finish: Rich and plummy with flavours of black forest gateaux, bitter chocolate and soft dark fruits. There is a recognisable cereal, earthy, farmyard character on the finish
