Daftmill 2009 Summer Release 2020 - 46% 70cl - One of 1,875 bottles of the Daftmill Distillery 2009 Summer release, distilled from Optic Barley which is grown on-site. It is then matured in a first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry butt and then further developed in three separate ex-bourbon barrels. This process gives this single malt a nice sherry twist.
