Stalla Dhu Single Cask Ben Nevis Proven8 - 50% 70cl - This particular cask was specially selected by Ron Morrison in a blind tasting between eight different casks from Ben Nevis to be part of the Stalla Dhu’s new Single Cask bottlings. Limited to 237 bottles, released at an introductory offer price to our friends of Turmeaus to sample the delights of this wonderful dram.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bruichladdich Micro Provence 2007 Virgin Oak - 61% 70cl - A single cask of Bruichladdich for the 'The Laddie Crew UK' as part of the distillery's Micro Provenance Series. This release was matured for 12 years in a virgin oak cask and was bottled at cask strength of 61%. The palate offers peat, red wine, creamy milk and coffee notes, followed by a long finish.

 

 

 

 

 

Highland Park Cask Strength 2021 - 63.9% 70cl - This is an excellent fruity, slightly smoky Orkney single malt, bottled at the cask strength of 63.9%. Matured in predominantly sherry casks, with a small amount of bourbon casks. More of an aromatic smoke, with the strength ramping up the intensity.

 

 

 

 

 

FEW Single Barrel Bourbon - 50.5% 70cl - From FEW Spirits craft distillery in Illinois, this special-edition bourbon has been matured in a single barrel before being bottled at 101 proof. Sweet aromas of brown sugar, hot chocolate, honeycomb, and oaky spice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of baking spices, white pepper, caramel, orange peel and chocolate that linger on the finish.

 

 

 

 

 

Blantons Original Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey - 70cl 46.5% - Named after Colonel Albert Blanton who enjoyed selecting barrels from Warehouse H at Ancient Age Distillery (now called Buffalo Trace) with his apprentice Elmer T Lee. When the came up with the idea to make it available commercially it was arguably the first single barrel bourbon on the market. The Original is matured in American oak casks made with air dried oak and a number 4 char.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stalla Dhu Single Cask Benriach 11 Year Old 110 Proof - 55% 70cl - This single cask bottling of Benriach single malt was aged for 11 years and bottled at 110 proof (55% abv). Also limited to 327 bottles, making it a great option for any collectors. The palate brings cake and ice-cream notes, nougat, and sticky toffee pudding, followed by a leathery finish with hints of spice.

 

 

 

 

 

Michters 10 Year Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey - 70cl 46.4% - Selected and bottled by Michter's, this single barrel 10 year old Kentucky rye showcases a great combination of oaky vanilla and deep rye spice. Michter's are keen to pay homage to rye's important place in history as America's first whiskey style. Rich notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon notes on the palate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Arran Machrie Moor Cask Strength - 56.2% 70cl - The cask strength release of the Machrie Moor has now joined the range of core releases from the Arran distillery, and we couldn't be more delighted. We always find that the smoke comes through at first but is quickly chased by light fruity notes, making for a complicated but easy drinking experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Makers Mark Cask Strength - 55.05% 70cl - A rare batch of the cask strength bottling from Maker's Mark. This bourbon has been bottled at cask strength of 110.1 proof or 55.05% abv meaning all the typical flavours from Maker's Mark have been amplified to add more spice, vanilla and caramel character.
