Tomatin 12 Year Old 2008 Rivesaltes Cask - 46% 70cl - A limited-edition 2008 Tomatin single malt from the distillery's French Collection that was finished in Rivesaltes wine casks. Aromas of toasted hazelnuts, sweet barley and soft fruits that fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.

Oban Little Bay - 43% 70cl - Previously part of their travel retail offering, Oban's Little Bay has graduated to their core range. Master Blenders Dr. Matthew Crow and Dr. Craig Wilson use whisky matured in refill American oak hogsheads, European oak Sherry casks and refill casks with new ends for this expression, before allowing the resultant single malt to marry in small oak casks.

Ron El Rumbo Cuban White Rum - 50% 70cl - From the sun-drenched sugar cane fields of Cuba to the pure landscapes of Snowdonia, El Rumbo is sure to take you on an adventure! Distilled in one of the Cuba’s oldest distilleries, then following its journey to Snowdonia, in Wales, to be rested in freshly emptied Cognac casks. Bottled at 50% abv, this rum is an excellent mixer.

Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled - 46% 50cl - This single malt combines the finest concerto malted barley with the pure water of Loch Katrine and is fermented for over 72 hours before being slowly distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The additional third distillation removes heavier oiler compounds from the spirit so only the lightest and purest spirit is collected to make this incredibly light and smooth whisky.

Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whiskey - 43% 70cl - This Irish single malt it’s quite unusual as it’s only being distilled two times, unlike most Irish whiskies which are triple distilled. The double distillation process lets this whiskey retain the character of its origin, creating a product with a delicate flavour that lives alongside a creamy and viscous profile.

Michters US*1 Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey - 70cl 42.4% - A straight rye whiskey from the Michter's Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Every bottle of their excellent rye comes from a single barrel, highlighting the quality of their craft. A top choice for cocktails. The palate offers dried orange peel and stem ginger, followed by brown sugar, cherry, hickory, cumin, and buttered corn.

Nikka Miyagikyo NAS - 43% 70cl - Miyagikyo distillery was built at the foothills of the Miyagi region within a wide forest valley at the junction of two rivers. The area is renowned for pure air and clean, fresh water. The whisky is produced using less peaty malt and distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam at a low temperature. Elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong sherry cask influence.

FEW Immortal Rye Whiskey - 46.5% 70cl - An immensely intriguing expression from FEW Spirits out in Evanston, Illinois. Immortal Rye is made with the distillery's cask strength rye, brought down to bottling strength with cold-extracted 8 Immortals Oolong tea. With rich spice and subtle earthy notes developing along the way, this makes for a fascinating sip.
