Aviation Gin - Like the world's finest gins, Aviation is distilled using a proprietary maceration recipe that produces a pure medley of botanical flavour. It all starts with the precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a pure, neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks. A pretty intriguing gin, with a very handsome Gatsby-esque bottle.

The first release from craft brewers and distillers Eden Mill, this Hop Gin is made with Australian galaxy hops that are cold compounded post distillation, marrying brewing and distilling skills. Because of a balance between floral, coriander and light hoppy notes, a soft tropical fruit follows with an undercurrent of juniper. This leaves smooth, hoppy and fresh apricot notes balanced with a refreshing crisp bitterness.
Dictador Colombian Aged Treasure Gin - This Gin is very unique as it is made with the primary ingredient being the Colombian fruit Limon Mandarino (Tangerine-Lemon). The combination of these Fruits along with the Juniper berries and the barrel aging process give this Gin a darker colour but also a Fresh and Smooth taste and is great served over Ice.
