Distilled from America, Aviation Gin offers a Dutch style. Distillers Lee Medoff and Christian Krogstad have teamed up with Seattle mixologist Ryan Magarian to create a new Gin based on the fuller-bodied Dutch style.
Distilled from rye and flavoured with Juniper, Lavender, Anise, Sarsaparilla, Orange peel and Cardamon.
Nose: Very clean. Juniper, beautiful lavender flavours and citrus with sweet grains and an earthiness.
Palate: Spicy and oily in feel. Floral notes and a strong kick of juniper flavour.
Finish: Long, lasting for hours and extremely clean.
