Ardbeg Wee Beastie - 47.4% 70cl - An untamed young single malt from Ardbeg, Wee Beastie has spent five years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being released. A rich, explosive mouthfeel with lots of chocolate, smoked bacon, followed by a burst of eucalyptus and aniseed. Long, salty finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Auchentoshan Three Wood Matured - 70cl 43% - This whisky has been matured in three different types of casks, including American Bourbon, Spanish Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximenez Sherry. A rich, complex whisky with toffee and rich sherry flavours. Three Wood makes a cracking Auchentoshan & Ale, a mean Old Fashioned and a damn fine dram in its own right.

 

 

 

 

 

Stalla Dhu Single Cask Ben Nevis Proven8 - 50% 70cl - Limited to only 237 bottles and released at the abv of 50%, this independent bottling presents creamy, sweet almonds followed by slight citrus notes on the palate. Kilkerran 16 Year Old - 46% 70cl - A wonderful bourbon matured Campbeltown whisky from the Kilkerran range, this 16 Year Old is the oldest release from the Glengyle distillery to date. Macallan 15 year old Double Cask - 43% 70cl - Macallan is known for ageing their whisky in sherry casks and the Double Cask range, of which this 15 year old single malt is part, was matured in both European and American Sherry oak casks. This smooth single malt has notes of dried fruits, orange zest, melted chocolate, oak spice and honey.

Malt whiskies from across Speyside, the Highlands, and Islay, are blended with Glenallachie, and left to mature in a combination of virgin oak casks, sherry casks, and wine barriques.
