Tomatin 13 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask Finish - 46% 70cl - This release is a UK exclusive bottling from Tomatin which vats two Fino sherry butts, both filled with 9 year old whisky on 12th November 2015. The secondary maturation has imparted some nutty and spicy notes onto Tomatin's fruity spirit. A limited edition with only 1,691 bottles available.
Hine Rare VSOP Cognac - 70cl 40% - Hine Rare VSOP is a blend of 20-25+ different eaux-de-vie made from Ugni Blanc grapes from the Grande Champagne (60%) and Petite Champagne (40%) appellations that are aged six to twelve years in French Limousin oak barrels. This cognac presents a delicate, elegant, fresh and light flavour profile.
Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength 2021 - 57.9% 70cl - This Laphroaig release has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 10 years. Batch thirteen introduces super-sweet roasted marshmallow and coffee into the familiar peated Islay profile. Bringing spicy oak and sea salt on the finish, bottled at the cask strength of 57.9% abv.

Jura 12 year old - 40% 70cl (Isle of Jura) - This release from Jura has been fully matured in American white oak-ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years before being finished in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. Presenting a distinct balance of sweetness and a gentle touch of smoke. An interesting balance of Highland and Island whisky styles.
Glenallachie 15 Year Old - 46% 70cl - This 15 year old release form Glenallachie was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry casks, creating a smooth, rich character. Aromas of raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices fill the nose, and the palate presents notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, banana, raisins, and caramel.
Brugal 1888 Gran Reserva Doblemente Anejado Rum - 70cl 40% - This special edition from Dominican producer Brugal has been double-distilled and matured in American oak before a second maturation period in sherry casks to add lovely notes of dried fruit followed by a rich sweetness.
