First blended by the eponymous Thomas Hine, Hine VSOP is a perfect blend of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the Grande and Petite Champagne with about 60% of the blend being the Grande Champagne variety.
The cognac is aged from between 6 and 12 years, with most being around the 8 years old mark.
