Bourbon - Makers Mark

Single Malt - Highland Park 12 year old Viking Honour

The heart and soul of Highland Park, Viking Honour is a perfect harmony of aromatic smoky peat, sweet heather honey and rich fruit cake.

Viking Honour reflects the unique culture of our remote island home here on Orkney. Part of Scotland yes, but originally belonging to a vast Viking kingdom.

The folks at Highland Park, honour the spirit of their Viking ancestors, sharing their pride, integrity and fierce independence, and distill their award-winning whisky to the same exacting standards introduced in 1798 by founder, Magnus Eunson, a descendant of those early Viking settlers!

Blended Whisky - Monkey Shoulder

Named after the temporary strain that the malt men of old used to develop when turning the malted barley.

Smooth and Rich. “Triple” malt scotch blended from three of Speyside’s Single Malts using batches of just 27 casks for a smoother, richer taste.

Grain whisky - Suntory Chita Japanese Single Grain Whisky

This single grain whisky was made with diverse unblended whisky brewing techniques and master craftsmanship developed over many years at the Chita Distillery in Aichi Prefecture.

The design features black calligraphy that expresses the distinctive qualities of Japanese whisky set on a white Japanese washi paper label representing the light flavour.

Extremely rare offerings aside, Suntory hasn't bothered to bottle much of anything from Chita as a single grain.

Its one domestic core range product, the Chita Grain (which was already a limited-production bottling), all but disappeared as demand for Hibiki expanded.

Initially released for the Japanese market in September 2015, beginning in July 2016, it will be available at select travel retail and duty free outlets.
