Balvenie 21 Year Old Stories Second Red Rose - A 2021 release in the Balvenie Stories series, following the release of their 'The Balvenie Rose' is this fine bottle 'The Second Red Rose'. The name pays homage to what Margaret Douglas paid King James II as rent for staying in Balvenie Castle – a single red rose. This was a distillery exclusive bottling making it a very desired purchase.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Foursquare Nobiliary 14 Year Old Rum - Foursquare Rum Distillery Nobiliary is the 12th release in Foursquare’s Exceptional Cask Series. A complex and enticing bouquet full of charred oak, dark chocolate and bitter cacao, intertwined with old leather, hints of molasses, burnt sugar and a little delicate waft of eucalyptus. It's among their oldest, heftiest rums. Complex and traditional, it showcases the best of Barbados.

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch No.4 - This is the fourth batch in the ‘Heavily Peated’ series from Kilkerran. It’s an exceptional cambeltown single malt, and builds around the core of peat-smoke that you’d expect from a whisky bearing this name. For this edition, the distillery has used whisky drawn from 80% ex-bourbon casks, as well as 20% ex-sherry casks. George T Stagg BTAC 2019 Release - George T. Stagg is a part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, a much highly sought after and much prized range of expressions released annually from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. This extremely hearty whiskey ages in new charred oak barrels for no less than 15 years. Straight out of the barrel, uncut and unfiltered, the taste is powerful, flavourful and intense.

 

 

 

 

 

Benriach 12 Year Old 2009From the BenRiach Distillery in Speyside, we have this 2009 single-cask bottling. It’s a peated single-malt, which has spent twelve years maturing in a Port pipe before being bottled straight from the cask.
