Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled - 46% 50cl - Crafted from the finest malted barley and distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills. Combined with the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks, then married together before bottling to produce an incredibly smooth and vibrant spirit.

Benromach Cask Strength Batch 4 Vintage 2009 - 57.2% 70cl - A 2009 vintage single malt from the Benromach Distillery, drawn from a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks in 2020 - 29 of them, to be specific. Not only that, but the whisky was also bottled up at cask strength. Warming and delightful!

Tomatin 12 Year Old 2008 Rivesaltes Cask - 46% 70cl - This marvellous single malt from Tomatin comes from their French Collection range. Finished in a selection of French wine and spirits casks, ex-Rivesaltes wine casks to be more precise. This gives the liquid zesty, fresh fruit notes and a warming nuttiness with a complex lingering finish.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Year of the Ox - 40% 70cl - A limited-edition bottling of Johnnie Walker Blue Label celebrating Chinese New Year and the Year of the Ox. Stalla Dhu Islay - 70cl 40% - This independent bottling of Islay single malt is a multi-award-winning spirit produced in small batches from an undisclosed distillery. Peat, oak, subtle hints of salted caramel and apples on the palate, followed by a maritime salt with lingering hints of sweetness on the finish. Delicious stuff!

Oban 14 Year Old - 43% 70cl - The tiny lamp glass-shaped copper pot stills that make Oban’s Scotch are among the smallest in Scotland, and the spirit they distil is slowly condensed in wooden tubs outside among the rooftops, exposed to the salted sea air, bringing a distinct depth of flavour said to go very well with salted caramel.

Fettercairn 16 Year Old 2nd Release - 46.4% 70cl - The 2021-release of 16-year-old single malt from Fettercairn is a soft, sweet single malt with notes of vanilla, ginger, raisins, peaches, honey, banana, and chocolate throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
