Distilled near Birmingham, Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance,’ which is over 100 years old
Their very own Raspberry Gin was launched right at the start of 2018, featuring Scottish raspberries at its core alongside punchy notes of liquoirce and coriander in support.
Initial and distinct juniper, coriander and liquorice flavours gives way to a bright, fresh vibrant taste of Scottish raspberries.
A perfectly balanced Gin with a delicate and fruity taste and a lasting citrus raspberry flavour.
