W. L. Weller is a brand of wheated bourbon whiskey which is named after William Larue Weller (1825–1899), who was a bourbon whiskey distiller in the early days of Kentucky.
The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain.
Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange colour. Its softer flavour notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails.
Besides being one of the few wheated bourbons on the marketplace, oak verses age is the name of the game here.
It's age falls around the 7 year range and has more oak flavour than many similar aged bottles on sale today.
Combined with a robust palate, Weller Antique is easily comparable to bourbons twice its price!
Please note, stock is limited from secondary market releases - limited to 1 per customer.
