Vintage Havanas unload at Boisdale Canary Wharf

'Fifty years before the UK's smoking ban, boxes of Havanas were unloaded in London's docks and wharfs for the pleasure of Britain's cigar lovers,' said Mitchell Orchant, managing director, C.Gars Ltd. 

''Some of those vintage Havanas have survived and will shortly be on sale in London's Docklands to cigar aficionados at Ranald Macdonald's splendid new restaurant and music venue, Boisdale Canary Wharf.'

'There'll be the finest food, wine, whiskies, Havanas and live music by Reuben Richards and the Soul Train,' said Orchant. 'Like Ranald's future guests, you can also enjoy a fine uninterrupted smoke in Boisdale Canary Wharf's Cuban sampling room, and cigar terrace - part of which is Members Only.'
