Stalla Dhu Auchroisk is an extremely limited bottling Single Cask whisky with an ABV of 47% after being aged for 19 years in a Hogshead cask.
With an ABV of 56.2% the Cask Strength Ben Nevis has only been released in limited numbers after being aged for 18 years in Hogshead casks.
The third sample to feature in this Dram Box is the Stalla Dhu Benrinnes, this is an extremely limited bottling Single Cask whisky with an ABV of 47% after being aged for 20 years in a barrel.
Finally is the Littlemill 13 Year Old Signatory, this bottling comes from Signatory Vintage. Distilled 15 October 1990, bottled 9 February 2004.

Stalla Dhu Auchroisk 19 Year Old:
A sip of this whisky is like taking a walk in the woods during spring, with some delicious woody notes coming with a refreshing lovely silky smooth syrupy finish.
Stalla Dhu Benrinnes:
Nose: Strong oaky notes immediately on the nose with some sweet apricots notes to the background.
Palate: Summer fruits, honeycomb & vanilla set in on the palate with some woody notes & a little earthy tone.
Finish: Dried winter fruits round this beautiful single cask whisky off perfectly coupled with the woody & earthy notes from the palate reminding you a gentle stroll through an Autumn forest.
Stalla Dhu Ben Nevis 18 Year Old Cask Strength:
This aging in Hogshead casks give this whisky some amazing rich dried fruits notes with a leathery tone.
Littlemill 13 Year Old 1990 Signatory Vintage:
A medium bodied nose with notes of citrus combining with a sweet hint as the palate is slightly more full bodied. Barley sugar on the palate with hints of cereal and herbal notes as the finish is similar to the palate with the barley and herbal notes.
