Starward Tawny - 48% 70cl - This bottling is an exquisite limited edition release from Australia's Starward, entirely matured in tawny fortified wine octaves! Both fresh tawny casks from the Yalumba winery as well as charred tawny casks from SA Cooperage were used, and the whisky was crafted specially to be an after-dinner sipper, full of rich dried fruit, spice and nuts.

Ailsa Bay Individual Bottle - 48.9% 70cl - The second release of Ailsa Bay single malt, replacing the version released in 2016, is both peatier and sweeter than its predecessor. It has, however, gone through the same micro-maturation process as the first edition - one that sees the spirit first filled into smaller-than-average bourbon casks for six to nine months, a process which accelerates maturation before it is then transferred into more traditional casks for several years.

Arran Machrie Moor Cask Strength - 56.2% 70cl - This Single Malt is some of the original, very first peated single malt that Arran produced on the island. Bottled at 56.2% abv without chill filtration or added colouring, this peated release displays all the freshness of their island house style, with an added hint of smoke and earthiness. Since 2019, all peated production of whisky on the island is being done by Arran’s sister distillery at Lagg.

Oban Little Bay - 43% 70cl - Bold and complex. This multi award winning whisky boasts luscious notes of Christmas pudding, citrus, and spice, with a dark-chocolate finish. Master Blenders Dr. Matthew Crow and Dr. Craig Wilson use whisky matured in refill American oak hogsheads, European oak Sherry casks and refill casks with new ends for this expression before allowing the resultant single malt whisky to marry in small oak casks.

Stalla Dhu Single Cask Glen Elgin Port Wood - 48% 70cl - Limited to only 268 bottles, this beautiful independent bottling of Glen Elgin was aged for 10 years in an ex-bourbon barrel and finished in a first fill Port cask. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020 at the abv of 48% making the perfect dram for most whisky enthusiasts and collectors. Toasted nuts, nougat and delicate plum sweetness followed by mellow gooseberries notes on the palate. Lovely mouth coating finish with winter fruit nuances.

Cabal No 1513 Aged Rum - 43 70cl - Developed through the combined efforts of industry experts, rum aficionados, and consumers, the folks at Cabal Rum came up with No.1513. The blend contains aged rums from distilleries in Guatemala, Guyana, Trinidad, Panama, and the Caribbean. These rums are blended and finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, before bottling without chill-filtration and with no added colour. Indulgent and very balanced, this is a wonderful sipping rum!

Foragers Black Label Gin - 46 70cl - If you fancy a classic, crisp Gin & Tonic or an epic Martini, this is the way to go! Forager's Black Label delivers intense, smooth juniper notes followed by beautifully mellow warmth and richness stemming from Sea Buckthorn. Beautifully small batch distilled in Snowdonia, Wales. And quoting James Martin, "One of the best gins you can buy".

Macallan 12 year old Sherry Oak - 40% 70cl - Released as part of Macallan’s all-time favourite Sherry Oak range comes this 12 Year Old. It has spent its entire maturation in sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez and is bottled at 40% ABV after its 12 years of ageing.
