Glenallachie 15 Year Old - The GlenAllachie 15 year old is described by Master Distiller Billy Walker as the perfect representation of the distillery’s DNA. He believes this release is an exceptional balance of the distillery’s spirit and the influence of the Sherry casks used during maturation. Two types of Sherry casks were chosen to deliver depth and finish to the whisky, and to add notes that enhance the distinctive butterscotch and chocolate flavours of The GlenAllachie spirit.

Tobermory 12 Year Old - Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, Tobermory 12 Year Old has a vibrant, fruity and spicy character with a subtle, salty edge. This Hebridean single malt has sweet, honeyed aromas of vanilla, ripe oranges and delicate flowers. The palate offers notes of fresh citrus, apples and tropical fruits, followed by creamy toffee, floral honey and a subtly, salty undercurrent.

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old - This 12 year old release of Islay Single Malt was the beginning of their range, launched to fanfare and praise alike. Allowing you to taste the origins of Bunnahabhain with an alluring balance of sweet fruit, nuts, vanilla and a delicate coastal influence. Double Matured in Ex Bourbon and Ex Sherry Casks, this whisky is beautifully rich and full-bodied, achieving the perfect balance of the characteristic nutty and sherry flavours of the distillery.

Glenglassaugh Torfa - Traditionally Glenglassaugh is a light, fresh spirit made without the influence of peat smoke. However, every year the distillery releases a small batch of whisky which has been crafted from peated barley. The results are an outstanding mix of light spirit and heavy smoke. Delicious complex coastal smoke emerges on the palate alongside delicate candied apple, honey and tropical fruits.

Glenallachie 12 Year Old - A 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie distillery, matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks. Specially selected by Billy Walker and released as part of the core range launched back in 2018. This delicious dram brings notes of honey, marzipan, and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

Benromach Cask Strength Batch 4 Vintage 2009 - This edition of Benromach is bottled from first fill bourbon and sherry casks, all distilled in a single year and preserved at cask strength, capturing the distillery's unique lightly peated Speyside style without any dilution. On the palate we can find sherry-soaked fruits and subtle smoke, which lead to a hint of zesty orange peel. Red apple flavours develop alongside subtle cracked black pepper.
