Glendronach 15 Year Old Revival - This spirit has been matured in Olroso Sherry casks, giving it notes of rum soaked raisins and chopped dates, leading to warming nutmeg and cinnamon. Dates and raising are prominent on the long finish. This bottle won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirit Award (2018).
Springbank 10 Year Old Whisky - This Campbelltown has been matured in bourbon and sherry casks, to enhance the body and character expected from a Springbank. On the palate we can find cereal sweetness and peaty nutty notes, leading to a sweet finish with a salty tingle.
Balvenie 12 Year Old Single Barrel - This Balvenie release was limited to only 300 bottles, using casks which have been expertly picked out by the Balvenie Malt Master. On the palate we can find a complex deep vanilla oakiness, followed by a lingering sweet finish.
Stalla Dhu Single Cask Saorsa Scotch Whisky - Limited release of a single cask expression bottled at the abv of 50%, this spirit presents notes of forest fruits, mellow spice with hints of almond and hazelnut. Port Askaig 8 Year Old - Launched in 2009 as an Independent bottling, this Islay single malt comes from an undisclosed distillery. On the finish we are approached by slight maritime saltiness with subtle sweet notes. It has won multiple awards with the most recent being Silver at the International Spirits Challenge (2019).
