Foragers Winberry Gin - 40% 70cl - The Winberry is the most unique of berries, only being ready for one very short harvest a year. This results in a very rare botanical to find. The fresh winberries are macerated in twin distillations, bringing together an encompassing fruity, yet refreshing gin.

 

 

 

 

 

Arran 18 Year Old - 46% 70cl - This 18 year old expression from Arran is a wonderfully balanced single malt which displays the depth of character of the distillery. Caramelised citrus and tropical notes on a background of toasted oak have created an intense, well-rounded dram with charm and personality. Stalla Dhu Islay - 70cl 40% - This multi award winning independent bottling of Islay single malt it’s definitely going to surprise any peated enthusiasts! Created in small batches with a balanced and coastal character, it brings to our palate soft peat, oak, subtle hints of salted caramel and apples. Maritime salt with lingering hints of sweetness on the finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fettercairn 16 Year Old 2nd Release - 46.4 70cl  - The second release of the Fettercairn distillery is aged for 16 years in first-fill Oloroso casks, refill Oloroso casks, and rare first-fill Palo Cortado sherry butts. A limited release for 2021 and bottled at a strength of 46.4% abv.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pampero Anniversario Rum - 40% 70cl - A delicious premium, continuous-still dark rum from Venezuela. Full-bodied and highly fruity, with a terrifically smooth, persistent finish. Very oily palate, smooth, supple notes of fruit and spice. A little cocoa and caramel on the finish.

 

 

 

 

Tomatin 12 Year Old 2008 Monbazillac Cask - 46% 70cl - Part of Tomatin's new French Collection, this is the Monbazillac edition, distilled on 24th April 2008 and matured until 10th July 2017 when it was transferred to Monbazillac wine barriques for a final three years. Monbazillac wine is a sweet white wine and these imparted syrup and coffee notes along chocolate and spices to Tomatin's elegant spirit.

 

 

 

FEW Single Barrel Bourbon - 50.5% 70cl - From FEW Spirits craft distillery in Illinois, this special-edition bourbon has been matured in a single barrel before being bottled at 101 proof. Sweet aromas of brown sugar, hot chocolate, honeycomb and oaky spice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of baking spices, white pepper, caramel, orange peel and chocolate that linger in the finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Teeling Stout Cask Finish - 46% 70cl - A rich and chocolatey Irish whiskey from Teeling that has been finished in 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout casks from Galway Bay Brewery. Aromas of chocolate, rye spice, coffee and malt fill the nose, complemented by notes of creamy caramel, vanilla, orange, plum, chocolate biscuits and sweet malt throughout the palate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jura 12 year old - 40% 70cl (Isle of Jura) - Distilled on the eponymous Inner Hebridean island, this expression was initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before being moved over to Oloroso sherry casks for a finishing period. A great example of Jura's delicious malts.

 

 

 

 

 

Nikka Days Bottle & Glass Pack - Nikka Days is a bright and vivacious blend of malt and grain whiskies from distilleries including both Yoichi and Miyagikyo. Its medium body hosts an array of floral and zesty flavours which mingle effortlessly with an underlying vanilla-toffee depth and a light, distant touch of breezy peat smoke.
