Ron Abuelo XV Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish - 40% 70cl - A 15 year old Panamanian rum from Ron Abuelo's Finish Collection, which was finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, imparting a rich and distinguished flavour profile. Chocolate, raisins, and citrus notes emerge on the palate, followed by a slight nuttiness. 

Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Finish - 70cl 46% - The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

Arran Port Cask Finish - 70cl 50% - Initially matured in traditional oak casks for approximately 8 years, this single malt was finished in a selection of Port casks sourced from an artisan producer of Portuguese fortified wine. Creamy palate with notes of berry fruits, spices and cocoa. Warming finish with notes of gingernuts and redcurrant follow.

Nikka from the Barrel - 50cl 51.4% - This Japanese whisky is bursting with character, winner of the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards in 2007 and 2010. This blend of grain and single malt whisky from Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries presents spicy and oaky flavours on the palate, evolving into ripe fruits (peach), caramelised apples and floral notes.

Legent Bourbon - 47% 70cl - This bottling is the result of the collaboration between the whisky legends Fred Noe, Jim Beam's seventh-generation Master Distiller, and Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory's fifth-ever Chief Blender. Finished in a combination of wine and sherry casks, Legent is matured for at least four years in virgin white oak barrels, and then blended to create layers of spices, dried fruit and tart red berries.

Brugal 1888 Gran Reserva Doblemente Anejado Rum - 70cl 40% - This special edition from Dominican producer Brugal has been double-distilled and matured in American oak before a second maturation in sherry casks which added lovely notes of rich dried fruit and a leathery sweetness to the flavour profile.

Benromach 15 Year Old - 43% 70cl - This single malt bottling was first released back in 2015; Matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, the liquid presents a fruity, chocolatey, and lightly smoky style. A rich and traditional Speyside dram.
