
Balvenie 12 year old Doublewood - 40% 70cl - This 12 year old presents a beautiful balanced flavour due to its maturation in two different types of wood. The traditional ex bourbon casks add a lovely layer of vanilla and soft oak, while the first fill Spanish Sherry cask imparts deeper character, forest fruit notes and sultanas.

Glendronach 12 Year Old Original - 70cl 43% - Matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucia in Spain, this Glendronach 12 year old slowly became a cult favourite amongst Sherry aged whisky lovers. A Highland Scotch full of stewed fruits, oak , and a dry finish.

Ardbeg Wee Beastie - 47.4% 70cl - Bottled at 47.4%, this Islay single malt is sure punchy! Waves of peat linger on the palate, combined with the coastal character of the distillery and the sweetness provided by the casks. A very young release matured in a combination of sherry and ex-bourbon casks that will surprise any adventurous drinker.

Nikka from the Barrel - 50cl 51.4% - Cult classic, we can’t deny the design of the bottle stands out on any shelf. As expected from Japan’s attention to detail and mastering the art of blending, this release comprises both single malt and grain whisky from Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries, married in many different casks, to bring this complex beauty!

Bruichladdich Scottish Barley Classic Laddie - 50% 70cl - Unpeated Islay single malt, a refined and refreshing Scotch with sweet oak and barley notes. Harmonious flavours of ripe green fruits, brown sugar and sweet malt flourish on the palate, followed by a slight coastal tang on the finish. A clean and floral dram!

Lot 40 Canadian Rye Whisky - 43% 70cl - This Canadian small-batch whisky comprises a blend of fine rye and it’s distilled in a small copper pot still. The flavour is robust and smoky, followed by quite a sweet palate. Other notes present on the palate are rye, bread, spice and caramel, but not as spicy as you would expect a traditional rye to be.

Cragganmore 12 Year Old - 40% 70cl - Cragganmore distillery has a beautiful location between mountain and sea, offering the liquid a unique complexity and richness layered with subtle smokiness on the finish. Not your classic Speyside. We can find floral notes on the palate, sandalwood, honey and sweet smoke.

Ledaig 10 Year Old - 70cl 46.3% - The peated expression from Tobermory distillery, located on the Isle of Mull, this whisky presents a much lighter smokiness compared to its Islay cousins. The palate offers light notes of honey sweetness and heather followed by a whiff of woody smoke more than actual peat. A very pleasant dram.

BenRiach The Smoky Twelve Year Old - 46% 70cl - This whisky presents a perfect marriage of fruit, malt, oak and rich layers of smoke. Made using unpeated and peated malt and matured for at least 12 years in three different types of casks: bourbon barrels, sherry casks, and Marsala wine casks, it makes a great warming dram for the chilly autumn days.

Glasgow 1770 The Original - 46% 50cl - The slow distillation used at the distillery brings a fruity and sweet new make spirit which is matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in virgin American oak barrels. The resulting liquid is fruity and smooth with notes of berries, vanilla, pear and honey and a spicy finish.
