Stalla Dhu Single Cask Saorsa Scotch Whisky - 70cl 50% - This Independent bottling of Glenfarclas, Saorsa pronounced ‘seursa’, meaning freedom or liberty (free from the cask) was aged in an ex-sherry butt, being an absolute fruity delight at 50% ABV, and deserves a place in any self-respecting collection. For the added touch, each bottle is individually numbered. Multi award winner, including a Gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge 2020.

 

 

 

 

 

Penderyn Portwood Finish Single Malt Whisky - 70cl 46% - Multiple Gold award winning Welsh whisky, this Portwood-finish release is a full-bodied favourite. On the palate it presents a creamy richness with some honey and spice notes. Smooth finish with a soft oak and honey sweetness lingering gently on the tongue. R L Seales 10 Year Old Barbados Rum - 43% 70cl - For those who aren’t aware R L Seale’s 10 Year Old Rum is produced by Richard Seale at the wonderful Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.  Richard is the great-grandson of Reginald Leon Seale who founded the company in 1926. On the palate it presents a slight sweetness, warm spices, like cinnamon and nutmeg, roasted apple and caramel. Toffee, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice follow on the finish.

 

 

 

 

 

No.3 London Dry Gin in Gift Box - 70cl 46% - An impressive-looking premium gin in a beautiful presentation box from famous wine and spirits merchants Berry Bros & Rudd, No. 3 London Dry is distilled in copper pot stills at De Kuyper in the Netherlands, using cardamom seeds and grapefruit peel among its botanicals, and has been bottled at an invigorating 46%. Winner of the Supreme Champion award at the International Spirits Challenge 2019.

 

 

 

 

 

Ron Mulata 15 Year Old Gran Reserva Anejo Rum - 70cl 38% - This rum has been made from the finest quality of Cuban sugar cane. It has been aged for 15 years in a 180 litre American oak barrels, which the distillers say it’s the reason of their distinctively light and subtle flavour profile. The result is a truly premium tasting and smooth rum. It can be enjoyed neat, or over ice and definitely a great pairing for a premium cigar.

 

 

 

 

 

Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Finish - 70cl 46% - The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet whisky, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad. Multiple gold awards winner, including Double Gold in 2019 at the San Francisco WSC.

 

 

 

 

 

Talisker 10 Year Old - 45.8% 70cl - This Talisker expression is classic Island whisky from the Isle of Skye. Aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks, this welcome member of Diageo's Classic Malts series has been recognised numerous times for its excellence. Immensely satisfying, with whiffs of warm peat blending with coastal air, balanced by orchard fruit and juicy barley. A superb after dinner dram.
