Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour - 70cl 40% - Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, this release is spicy and well-rounded, packed with the flavours of sun-kissed Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; you’ll find molten heather honey in this whisky’s waves of heathery peat smoke.
Diplomatico Seleccion de Familia Rum - 43% 70cl - This release from Diplomatico it’s their deluxe expression which has been matured for 12 years and made using rum drawn from American white oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Wonderfully rich and complex, with lots of fruit, toffee notes and a slightly dry bittersweet edge.
Aberlour Casg Annamh - 48% 70cl - Casg Annamh means 'rare cask' in Gaelic. This expression is significantly influenced by the finest quality, hand-selected Oloroso Sherry casks. The liquid is matured in three types of casks, the European oak Sherry casks and two different types of American oak casks resulting in a rich and intense whisky.
Bunnahabhain Aonadh - 56.2% 70cl - Pronounced 'Oon-ouch', this 10 year old Limited Edition Single Malt is a perfect marriage of the finest port finished and sherry matured Bunnahabhain, with only 14,088 bottles released. The result is a unique spirit alive with creamy vanilla, caramel, oak, nuts, fruit and cinammon spice with a subtle salty note.
Ardbeg Wee Beastie - 47.4% 70cl - This release is the latest permanent expression to join the Ardbeg’s Ultimate Range. At just five years old, Wee Beastie is a feisty young creature with a formidable taste. Young and intensely smoky, this is a dram untamed by age, matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Chocolate, creosote and tar on the palate. Savoury meats sink in before the long salty finish.

High West Whisky Campfire - 46% 70cl - During a visit to Islay, David Perkins enjoyed a breakfast at a B&B near Bruichladdich, which included a delicious syrup made from sugar and peated whisky poured over honeydew melon. Taking this experience back to America, he set about blending sweet bourbon from Lawrenceburg with peaty Islay single malt, with some spicy Rye for good measure!
Bowmore 15 Year Old - 70cl 43% - This 15 year old single malt was released in 2007 and was finished for three years in oloroso sherry casks. Elegantly balanced between the sherry influence and the distillery's fruit and peat characteristics, including whiffs of delightful tropical fruit. Beautiful and creamy toffee notes on the palate with hints of malt and smoke, followed by a spicy, sherried finish.
Auchentoshan 12 year old - 40% 70cl - This 12 year old release is triple distilled then matured for over twelve years making it a very smooth and light spirit. This Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature balanced, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.
