Nose: Sweet and toasty cinnamon immediately hits you, along with syrup flapjacks and rich cream.
Palate: Delightful mix of cream, nutmeg, and yet more cinnamon along with rum sweetness in the background. Not heavy or cloying at all – very moreish.
Finish: Cinnamon and toasty notes softly fade out.
