La Rica Tubitos Cigar - 1 Single

1st cigar i tried from the la rica sampler i ordered. construction very good burn really good the draw was a bit tight at first but after 3 or 4 draws it was fine. taste was medium at first with woody notes the turned spicy . really impressed with it as it lasted me 35 40 mins ,didnt expect a cigar of this size change flavor profile or last as long. a proper little cigar i enjoyed and might chose as my regular smoke at this price.

I bought 4 of these and had a very inconsistant experiance. The first was very harsh and peppery and I did not enjoy it to it's potential. The seccond and third were very delightfull in tast and general experiance. But unfortunalty the fourth had a few hard spots where the pack was very tight and this made the draw very tight even when I had opened up to cigar to its widest point. I found this cigar to be plesant but unfortunaly too inconsistant for me to purchase again.

After reading mixed reviews of this little cigar I decided to give one a go. It was not a very nice experience at all and a waste of time and money, could not get a decent draw from it. This is one I won't be buying again.

Nicaragua seems to be able to produce some very good value cigars at the moment. I have bought these a couple of times and found them reliable good smokes, far too easy to enjoy so I burn through them a bit. Not epic intense flavours but a good honest smoke. Sitting out with a glass of something capable and one or two of these and the evening melts in to a relaxing few hours. I am going to need more as my wife has now found out how good they are too.

Will be staying away from these as after 5 minutes of trying I was worn out as the draw was impossible, the little taste I did get was really nice which is a real shame, but even for the price it's not something I want to buy just to throw away. Looking at the reviews it seems to be the norm to get a plugged one. The look and feel are great but the smoke is impossible.
