Regius Seleccion Orchant 2021 Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Having purchased the amazing Hermoso 2020 I simply had to jump at this pre release of the 2021, Delivery was quick and into the humidor they went, although i was itching to try one immediately however decided reluctantly to wait until the weekend, and yes it was well waiting for. Cigar itself feels robust and solid, the wrapper has a nice oily texture and it punched perfectly, toasting took no time at all and was even in its burn, the draw was clear and smooth. First third was light and earthy, I continued to get that ever so faint sweet pepper twist which was so nice leaving a sweet mild aftertaste. Second third was much the same but with a stronger earthy tone that was not over powered and matched well with my sweet americano coffee in the sunshine. The Regius seleccion are in my view a fantastic quality cigar, not over powering and a delight to smoke any time of the day. Perfect for beginners who look for something mild to medium but yet exciting for that aficionado. A Perfect blend of tastes that will be welcome to any palette. A Middle priced cigar that certainly matches that of a high end cigar. With 2 boxes in the Humidor (2020 Hermoso & 2021 Robusto) Im looking forward to getting through these, but feel I need more just in case I go through this lot quickly. My new top 3 go to cigars.
