The Domaine Fournier has been in the same family for over 10 generations, but has been developed since 1950, growing from 2 hectares back then over to 60 hectares, split between the best terroirs of each appellation (Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé, Menetou Salon).
The vines are grown with an absolute respect of the environment as for the harvest? The harvest is manual and only the best grapes are kept. The wines are then elaborated is a very modern winery, which ensures that all the process is closely controlled.
