Monthly WHISKY Subscription

Honestly, if youre not subscribed to either this or the Cuban cigar version, youre really missing out. Its an excellent way to expand on the kind of cigars you have smoked. There are so many cigars out there now and exploring new brands and new kinds of cigars is incredible fun. Ive already found several cigars that are now long term favourites of mine. There isnt a single bad thing I can say about the CGars subscriptions, theyre absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely love my monthly Cigar Subscription. Im currently into my 3rd Month and each one has been very impressive indeed. Apart from the cigars themselves, the actual tasting notes are a great idea. Really useful information and perfect for those looking to broaden their horizons with their Cigar options. Although Ive smoked Cigars for many years I tended to stick to a specific brand and style. Trying all these different types has really opened my eyes and pushed my further into the wonderful world of Cigar smoking. First class services, as always.

Probably one of the best subscriptions I have ever made. I received an array of different tobaccos which were all different and gave me a great idea of what brilliant range of tobaccos I can get. Would recommend to anyone, whether youre new to smoking a pipe or not.

I have now been receiving this subscription for around 6 months and, as someone who has only been smoking a pipe for about a year it has been great. It has been a great way to explore blends, find out what blends you prefer, or not, and to see how you tastes develop for a relatively low cost. The way the subscription is put together is great. Each month there is a letter explaining the theme of the month and detailing the gifts, a leaflet detailing that months tobaccos (and revealing the last months mystery tobacco.), your tobaccos, and the gifts. All safely and neatly packaged in an empty cigar box. The tobaccos selections have favoured more blends with casings and toppings, what many would consider Aromatics (I know these descriptors are hotly debated but I think theyre broadly understood.), as is to be expected given what is predominantly available in loose tobacco. My tastes are developing such that these are not my favourite to smoke, my preferences seem to be towards more Oriental and English blends, though this subscription is what has been helping me to discover that. I also find that there are some blends that I enjoy that I would not otherwise have purchased. When there are blends that I do not enjoy I typically try them again later, blend them again with something else, which is fun to experiment with, or I pass them to friends who might enjoy them. The gifts have been on the whole very good, I wont spoil any surprises here. Some have been very useful indeed, with only a couple of months so far where I didnt feel there was anything useful for me. In summary, I like it. I think it represents a good value for anyone wishing to explore, but especially for the newer pipe smoker or lovers of Aromatics Im keeping going with this for the time being. One of my challenges so far is that I dont smoke often enough to get through the tobacco and whilst I enjoy building up some stocks, its proving quite tricky and/or costly to properly store whats left, particularly given the small amounts and that naturally I wont replenish many of the blends. I do think the premium subscription is the better proposition, the added gifts (more often than not) so far are what make this better than taking the money and buying a couple of tins of different tobacco a month.
