Luxury Brands - Les Fines Lames Knives

It was a rainy day, Pierre, a social media entrepreneur, treated himself to his first cigar of 2009. Whilst sitting on the terrace of a cafe enjoying his cigar he made his first step into the world of cigar accessories by looking for the perfect cut for his vitolas. Pierres grandfather was a gardener in Marseille, France, he always carried a pocket knife and this gave Pierre the brilliant idea of combining the French tradition of pocket knives with a cigar cutter function!

After a first prototype sketch Pierre met Yann, a knife and leather goods maker who would accompany Pierre for three years. As a team they completely reinvented the cigar cutting knife by offering an exceptional service and iconic design.

Following a successful crowdfunding campaign in October 2015 where they raised $30,000 in one month, Les Fines Lames was created between the Bordeaux vineyards and the creeks of Marseille.

Les Fines Lames has the strongest digital presence for a cigar accessory brand with a community of 90,000 followers with two Instagram accounts. 90% of sales are made abroad in Europe, Asia and the United States, Les Fines Lames continues to grow.

In the summer of 2018 the strategy changed, Les Fines Lames restructured and created Le Petit by Les Fines Lames with a stratospheric launch in August 2019 to much fanfare.

Made out of 14C28N stainless steel they have many incredible designs from carbon fibre to brass skulls and even the Havana skyline for the Cuban enthusiast.
