A lot can happen in 15 years! Born at the dawn of a new century, Glen Scotia’s dark amber malt was bottled in 2015 to celebrate the brand’s relaunch.
 
Gently matured in the finest American Oak barrels for 15 years before bottling, this Campbeltown Single Malt Whisky offers hints of vanilla oak on the nose, interwoven with the subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits.
 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lots of beautifully rich fruit with apricot jam, fresh satsuma segments and delicious apple pie. Wafts of sea breeze and baking spices develop after a minute.

Palate: Vanilla and yet more fruit, with a hint of ginger and cinnamon which bring a subtle dryness to it.

Finish: Relatively long with continuing spice.
