Christmas; the key word to describe this sherry bomb. Rich, dark and powerful with a complex taste that reminds me of hot Christmas pudding. This is a cask strength Highland whisky so identifying all of the different flavours is a bit of a task as the can headlines overpower the rest. None the less it is a great dram.
