From Speciality Drinks' Elements of Islay range comes the sixth release of Br in the Elements of Islay series with this latest release distilled in 1992.
Bottled from a small batch of casks from a single vintage, Br6 is what whisky from this distillery is about – fruity, spicy and complex.
It’s more approachable than previous releases, thanks to its 50.4% ABV, but add a drop of water to see all that it has to offer.

Nose: Green and grassy to start, with sweet and sour notes of orchard fruit creeping in behind. As it sits in the glass, sweet spice develops.
Palate: Dryer than other Br releases, but still sweet and fruity, with vanilla, honey-drizzled lemons and a touch of freshly cut grass. Water brings out nutmeg and cinnamon, as well as sweet baked apples.
Finish: Sweet vanilla fades to dry spice.
