    The second release in WhistlePig's Farmstock series of limited editions, this batch is made with 32% 2-year-old whiskey made entirely on the WhistlePig farm with the rest comprised of a 6-year-old whiskey from Indiana and a 10-year-old whiskey from Canada.
     
    The series is moving towards the distillery's vision of 100% Triple Terroir, whisky distilled from their own grain, using their own water, aged in their custom Vermont white oak casks.
     
    Founded in 2008, WhistlePig is now the most awarded Rye Whiskey maker in the world. They live by a simple ethos: protect what makes Rye Whiskey great, toss out the rest, and then innovate to make it better.
     
    They have grown to produce several award-winning core products. In 2017 WhistlePig won the coveted ‘Best In Show Whiskey’ title from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
     
    They’ve also experimented with a variety of finished wood special edition Whiskeys.

  • Nose: Orange zest and rich chocolate with delicate vanilla hints, and an underlying spice.

    Palate: Refreshing fruits and a huge burst of spice, with cinnamon, allspice and a drying note to round the palate off.

    Finish: Spicy with white pepper and oak lingering.
