In Autumn, the folk at Weetwood run a sloe swap where their local community helps to pick sloes in return for a Weetwood drink or two.
Using a custom-built copper pot still we macerate the fruit with our grain-to-glass London Dry Gin where the sloes blend together beautifully with the juniper, citrus and other botanicals to create a balanced, natural liqueur with jammy, dark fruit notes and tart sweet finish.
This unique Sloe Gin can be enjoyed all year round either on its own, with a lemon tonic or topped with a favourite fizz.
