Embodying the art of élevage - nurturing the spirit through a series of casks to unlock endless possibilities for new and intriguing flavours - the result is a remarkable whisky, rich with exceptional layers of depth and complexity.

Matured in the finest European and American oak Oloroso and PX sherry casks, this indulgent whisky is a distinguished, multi-layered single malt with a distinctive, lingering finish.

Nose: Rich polished oak and soft leather with sumptuous dried fruits, layered with pecan nuts, dark chocolate, and a subtle touch of orange zest.

Palate: Layers of sweet sultanas, raisins, and figs fold into stewed orchard fruits, lifted by bright citrus. Opulent notes of treacle intertwine with the warmth of soft baking spices - vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg - leading to an elegant, lingering finish.

Finish: As the final notes unfold, sumptuous raisin and fig linger indulgently on the finish, carried by the warmth of nutmeg and dark treacle.
