The Solani pipe tobacco brand was launched in 1988 by Herr Ridiger Will, Master blender and creator of the Borkum Riff brand of pipe tobaccos.
Creating a quality tobacco the Solani way involves extensive testing over which takes many weeks due to the natural ingredients of raw tobacco, which can have very different effects on the flavouring.
Solani offers a concise range of pure and flavoured pipe tobaccos, both in mixtures and in flakes, aromatics and non aromatics.
Pipe Featured: Meerschaum Large Woven Bent Fishtail Pipe (MEER214)
Solani Red Label Blend 131 pipe tobacco is made from selected bright and red Virginias from the Old Belt, ripe Burleys and mild, sweet Black Cavendish. It has a slight, tropical aroma from natural essences to produce a sweet and mild taste. Single Malt Scotch Whisky adds a special character to this Wild Cut mixture.
