A fantastic glass pack from Zacapa, combining their top of the range Sistema Solera 23 with two elegant rum glasses.
The balance of delicate and unique flavours of Zacapa 23 is derived from a blend of aged rums between 6 and 23 years old, originating from the “Sistema Solera” aging process.
Zacapa 23 is aged in selected barrels that previously aged robust American whiskey, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximénez wines, creating a smooth & balanced rum.
Zacapa 23 Rum is best served neat, on the rocks or in your favourite dark spirit cocktail.
Nose: Very sweet and nutty, with yet more sweetness coming from honey and rich chocolate. Dark brown sugar, gentle smoke and pipe tobacco.
Palate: Very sweet and soft. Dark brown sugar, molasses, rounded, so gentle!
Finish: Thick, medium length and with just a hint of smoke on the tail.
