Ron Izalco 10 Year Old rum marries Central American rums produced from volcanic sugar cane molasses.
The spirit is then aged in charred American oak casks for a whole decade, resulting in a complex and thoroughly delightful rum.
Nose: Light, fresh and fruity with notes of apricots and honey which combine with a rich caramel.
Palate: Slightly richer with caramel continuing mixed with American oak notes and tobacco.
Finish: Long and refreshing with citrus.
