This exclusive Rum has a complex aroma of spices,vanilla and honey. Aged for 10 years in white oak barrels.
Ron Cubay is produced in Cuba at the Cuba Ron S.A distillery in Santo Dominco, Villa Clara, which is in the centre of Cuba, and leads to Ron Cubay being known locally as "The taste of the Centre".
Ron Cubay is an award winning rum, picking up awards as recently as October 2013 at the Dutch Rum and Whisky Awards, where the Anejo won Best in Class in the Golden Rum Section and the Reserva Especial won Best in Class in the Premium Rum Section.
Appearance: Clear, deep coppery golden amber.
Aroma:Tobacco leaf, faint smoke, old leather, old oak wardrobe and vanilla fudge.
Taste: Rich buttery vanilla fudge, gentle peppery spice and chocolate.
Aftertaste: Lingering spice, leather and vanilla fudge.
